NAEMT Trauma First Responder

Whether you are in defensive position protecting you and your family from an attacker or encountering an accidental/emergency event, medical lifesaving steps are essential to know and practice. This is a vitally important area we often lose sight of while focusing more specifically on self-defense firearms related training. However, from a self-defense encounter to witnessing an accidental event, the reality is that we are more likely to respond with medically related efforts/aid as compared with engaging self defense firearms tactics. Essentially, basic medical training is a practical skill everyone should know.

The NAEMT designed the Trauma First Responder course as a one-day continuing education course that teaches the principles of Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) to non-EMS practitioners, including first responders, police officers, firefighters, rescue personnel and safety officers. This course follows NAEMT guidelines and students will receive a certification card upon successful completion of the course.

Additionally, we offer our medical/trauma kits prepackaged with all material covered in class in preparing the student to have the appropriate medical gear needed.  This provides a one-stop place to acquire medical training needed, while also allowing the student to leave class with the same medical kit and gear used during class. Prepackaged Medical Kits are $150 to those students taking the class.
